Open Tryouts FAQ

Who can try out?

Any one 18 or older (on the day of tryouts) may participate as long as they either graduated high school or the class they would have graduated with has graduated.

What is the cost?

A single session will cost $200 for a one-day tryout or $300 for a double session (two day) tryout. Walk up registration on the day of will cost $250 for a single session.

Payments on site will only be accepted as cash, check, or money order

All fees are non-refundable.

Can I register on the day of tryouts?

Yes, but space is limited. Day of registration will be on a first come first serve basis until registration is full.

What will I need to bring to check-in?

You must have a valid photo ID to check-in. If payment was not made online, please bring payment as cash, check or money order.

What should I bring to the facility?

Only water and Gatorade will be provided. Participants are expected to bring any other snacks or beverages.

Will there be a locker room to change and store my things?

Bathrooms will be available on site, but participants are expected to show up ready to play.

Will there be trainers on site?

Trainers will be on site in case of injury.

Will there be any transportation to and from the event?

No, you must arrange your own transportation.

Will I be reimbursed for any travel costs?

No, there will not be reimbursement for any travel costs.

Will the Stockton Kings provide a hotel if necessary?

No, the Stockton Kings will not provide or arrange any hotel accommodations.

Can my family and friends come to watch the Tryout?

Tryouts will be closed and no guests may attend.
