HOW IT WORKS

Q. What games are included with each monthly pass?
A. Each month’s payment gives you access to the included games that month. (See monthly calendar above.)
Q. Does my pass automatically renew each month?
A. Yes, your pass will automatically renew for the next month through March 2022. There is an opt out window each month if you do not want your pass to renew.
Q. How do I opt of the next month if I don’t want to continue my Stockton Kings Pass?
A. You must opt out by the 25th of the prior month if you want to discontinue your Stockton Kings Pass. For example, if you want to discontinue your pass for March, you need to opt out by February 25th. To opt out, log in to your Stockton Kings Pass account and select Manage Subscription. You will see options to pause or cancel your membership at the bottom of the page.
PASS SEAT LOCATIONS
Q. Where can I expect to sit each game?
A. Your specific seat location will likely vary game to game. Please note that seats will be randomly assigned to pass buyers for each game, so specific seat locations cannot be guaranteed.
Q. How do I get my seat location(s)?
A: You will receive a text message the day before each game asking if you will be attending the next game. You will need to log in to your Stockton Kings Pass account to indicate your attendance. If you indicate that you’re attending that game, you will receive a text message a few hours before the game with a link to your tickets with your seat location.
Q: What if I lose the text message with my pass?
A: You can access your tickets by going to Kings.com/ClickTix and logging into your account.
Q: If I buy two or more passes, will my seats be next to each other?
A: Yes, passes purchased together will receive their seats next to each other.
Q: Can my seat be next to a friend who also purchased the Kings Pass?
A: Yes, those who purchase the Stockton Kings Pass will have the opportunity to link their pass to another pass buyer in order to sit next to each other. You can do this by logging into your Stockton Kings Pass account and clicking Sit With Friends in the left navigation. Click New Request to send new invites, and My Group to manage your existing group.
Q: How many passes can I buy?
A: You can buy up to four passes per account.
Q: Can I get a refund for unused tickets?
A: Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Q: Can I sell my pass for games that I do not attend?
A: No, passes are non-transferable.
Q: Can I share my pass with someone else?
A: Passes cannot be shared and are non-transferable.
Q. What do I need to access my digital tickets for the game?
A. You will need a smartphone with a web browser to access and display your digital tickets for admission to Stockton Arena.
