Stockton Kings ticket policy following the NBA G League’s recent decision to postpone games in the current season due the COVID-19 pandemic:
Tickets already purchased for a postponed Stockton Kings home game will be honored when the game is rescheduled. If games are not played or played in an empty arena, fans will have the option to receive a credit for a future game or refund.
- Tickets already purchased by individuals or rental groups for a postponed game will be honored when the game is rescheduled, or your tickets can be refunded upon request.
- For tickets purchased by groups or as part of season ticket packages, those tickets purchased will be honored when the games resume. If games are officially cancelled for this season, those tickets will be credited to the next season or refunded upon request.
- If you purchased your tickets via Ticketmaster or StocktonKings.com – either log into your MY TM ACCOUNT where you will see a tab that says “Refund” with your order OR call Ticketmaster customer service at 800-653-8000.
- If you purchased through any other vendor – reach out to that vendor directly. The Stockton Kings are not responsible for ticket purchases from third-party vendors.
