Bigger than Basketball

The Stockton Kings are committed to making a positive difference in our region by investing in our community, connecting with local organizations and engaging fans of all ages. We aim to improve the quality of life for those who are underserved in our communities.

Kings 209 Pantry

In 2022, the Stockton Kings partnered with Kaiser Permanente and Second Harvest of the Greater Valley to create the “Kings 209 Pantry” to provide fresh produce, perishable and non-perishable goods to underserved neighborhoods. This collaborative effort is part of a multi-year partnership to positively impact the community through health and wellness programs and food donation events designed to build a stronger, healthier and more resilient region.

Fit Kids

The “Fit Kids” program, in partnership with Kaiser Permanente, promotes the importance of health, wellness and education. The program is designed for third through fifth grade students with weekly interactive activities around nutrition, hydration, movement, and mindfulness. Six elementary schools across the Stockton Unified School District are participating in the program aimed to teach students healthy habits to have a lasting impact.
