Stockton Kings Acquire Returning Player Rights to Blake Hinson

The Stockton Kings, the NBA G League affiliate of the Sacramento Kings, today announced they have acquired the returning player rights to forward Blake Hinson from the Rip City Remix as part of a three-team trade with the Remix and the Delaware Blue Coats.

As part of the deal, Stockton sent Damari Monsanto to Delaware and its own 2028 first-round NBA G League Draft pick to Rip City. The Remix also received Delaware’s own 2028 second-round NBA G League Draft pick and the returning player rights to Nathan Mariano and Aminu Mohammed from the Blue Coats.

Hinson (6-8) has spent time in the NBA on two-way contracts with the Los Angeles Lakers and Utah Jazz. He appeared in 14 games with Utah last season, averaging 11.9 points and 2.4 rebounds per game while shooting 46.8% from 3-point range. The Deltona, Florida, native led the NBA G League with 126 3-pointers as a member of the Santa Cruz Warriors in 2024-25. In 2025-26, he averaged 23.4 points per game across 32 games with the Rip City Remix and Salt Lake City Stars.

Hinson played four collegiate seasons at Ole Miss and Pittsburgh, totaling 1,707 points and 298 3-pointers. A two-time All-ACC selection at Pitt, he earned first-team honors in 2023-24 and set the program’s single-season record with 110 3-pointers.
