Stockton Kings Roll Over Ontario Clippers For Fifth Straight Win

The Stockton Kings, the NBA G League affiliate of the Sacramento Kings, defeated the Ontario Clippers, the NBA G League affiliate of the Los Angeles Clippers, 104-92 on Friday night at Stockton Arena. The Kings were led by Trey Burke who scored 20 points, on 6-of-14 shooting, and dished out two assists.
The Kings picked up their fifth consecutive win of the 2022-23 regular season, leading the Clippers by as many as 18 points throughout the game and handing LA their third loss of the year.
Stockton’s Neemias Queta continued his scoring hot-streak since starting the regular season, posting 19 points and grabbing six rebounds along with two assists. Queta earned his 15th 10-plus point game of the season. Additionally, the Kings saw three other starters score 10-plus points in Wes Iwundu (17), Deonte Burton (14), and Jordan Ford, who delivered 10 points and three assists in 24 minutes.
The Clippers’ Nate Darling posted double-digits, pouring in 37 points, five rebounds and three assists. In addition, Ontario saw only three other players reach double-digits with Keaton Wallace’s 14 points, Xavier Moon’s 16 points, and Michael Devoe’s 10 points.
