Stockton Kings Win Eight Straight; Defeat Westchester Knicks 135-123

The Stockton Kings (22-6) defeated the Westchester Knicks (9-18), 135-123 at Stockton Arena on Tuesday night.

The Stockton Kings were led in scoring by Trey Burke who notched 40 points and a season-high seven three-pointers. Keon Ellis pitched in 23 points, seven rebounds, two assists and two steals. Neemias Queta added 10 points, while Jordan Ford scored 11 points.

Stockton saw additional help from the bench in Alex O’Connell’s 14 points and Chance Comanche’s 12 points.

MJ Walker’s 30 points paced Westchester, while Justin Wright-Foreman added a double-double with 26 points and 12 assists.

The Knicks trailed by as many as 12 points in the contest, while Westchester’s largest advantage was a six-point lead with eight minutes to play in the fourth quarter.

The Kings will face the Sioux Falls Skyforce at Stockton Arena on Saturday, March 18. Tip is set for 5:00 pm PT.
