Stockton Kings Fall To Santa Cruz Warriors Snapping Three Game Win Streak

The Stockton Kings fell to the Santa Cruz Warriors, 106-118, at home on Friday night. Four Stockton starters scored in double-digits helping the Kings to their largest lead of the night (17). Center Neemias Queta led the way with 20 points and 11 boards to mark his third double-double of the season. Forward Chima Moneke tallied 16 points and 15 rebounds, shooting 7-for-15 from the floor. Moneke’s 15 rebounds serve as a new season high. Guards Alex O’Connell and Jordan Ford each contributed 15 points. Guard DJ Steward provided a lift off the bench, contributing 15 points and five assists before the Kings eventually fell to the Warriors.
Santa Cruz saw three of their starters score at least 20 points to put an end to the Kings' three-game win streak. Forward James Wiseman led with 24 points and 13 rebounds. Forward Jerome Robinson contributed 13 points and dished out six assists, while Guard Dusty Hannahs and Forward Trevion Williams both added 11 points of their own.
The Kings will return to Stockton Arena tomorrow night versus Santa Cruz to wrap up the back-to-back matchup. Tipoff is set for 7:00 p.m. PT.
